As a southerner, I grew up on sweet iced tea baked in the Florida sunshine. Sun-tea! It’s a thang! Look it up! However, when I left Florida and moved to the Minnesota’s tundra I discovered hot tea. The sub-zero temps radiated through the tile floors about 3 feet into the house. Even with fuzzy slippers, I still felt cold – and I discovered hot tea, instead.
