Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat sesame oil in large pan. Add sesame seeds and garlic and saute for till garlic is softened.
Add green onion whites, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, bok choy, and bell pepper to pan. Saute till they are done - about 5-10 minutes. Stir in brown rice Sriracha, and Soy Sauce.
While vegetables are cooking, fry eggs to liking.
Spoon vegetable mix into bowls. Top with fried egg and green onion tops. Serve with extra Sriracha and soy sauce to taste.
