This slimmed-down Tuna Casserole version is still delicious, but is lower in fat and calories than the traditional casserole. Feel free to add sharp cheddar. For a heartier version, use whole wheat noodles.
Preheat oven to 400
Prepare egg noodles according to directions to al dente.
While noodles cook, saute onion and bell pepper till onion is translucent.
Stir all ingredients together into a large casserole dish. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until it's thick and bubbly. Enjoy!
