If you decide to go with MyFitnessPal, be sure to add me as a friend on there. TBH, Just do it is what I eventually HAD to do. I just couldn’t find the motivation. After a while, I felt so good after working out that I hate skipping it. I do it even if I don’t feel like it. It’s just 30 minutes and I have never been sorry I did.
