Preheat oven to 400
Prepare egg noodles according to directions to al dente.
While noodles cook, saute onion and bell pepper till onion is translucent.
Stir all ingredients together into a large casserole dish
Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until it's thick and bubbly. Enjoy!
